The Enterprise IT Application Lead Engineer is a technical solution expert responsible for developing, facilitating, and managing automation practices for Enterprise IT. You will manage, administer, automate, and develop within the Enterprise tooling environment, specifically in Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Slack. You will deliver enterprise capabilities that improve overall availability, support, and promote the standardization of administrative and engineering practices by emphasizing the use of disciplined processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and key support initiatives. You will join a highly capable team focused on implementing, integrating, automating, and supporting robust and scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements, existing solutions, and initiatives. As a member of this team, you will execute tasks assigned by the Enterprise IT Senior Manager diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard to ensure that organizational goals are met. You will collaborate with team members and delivery managers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as well as planning steps to achieve goals, identify and resolve impediments, and deliver value.

You will be passionate about mentoring peer engineers to ensure they are properly trained and prepared to take on more responsibilities in the future. You will be adept in stakeholder management. Working with stakeholders at varying levels, you will influence the direction of the solution and set appropriate goals. You will closely partner with the delivery team to plan the steps to achieve goals, identify and resolve impediments, and deliver value.

  • Lead complex, high impact, organization wide technology initiatives.
  • Experience in managing and administering Atlassian applications such   as Jira, Jira Service Manager, Confluence, Slack, Workato, AI tooling/Virtual Agents and other 3rd party add-ons, plugins, and extensions.
  • Experience with building custom solutions and integrations.
  • Lead projects, teams, serve as a peer mentor, and coach support engineers to elevate their technical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 year’s experience with Atlassian Cloud product suite administration.
  • 3-5 year’s experience building custom solutions and integrations.
  • 3-5 years experience integrating apps, add-ons, plugins, and extensions.
  • 3-5 years experience managing integrated and 3rd party reporting tools.
  • 3-5 years experience with JQL and JSON.
  • 3-5 years experience experience with REST & Graph APIs.
  • 3-5 years experience with Insight, Advanced Roadmaps, Sheets, Structures, Bitbucket, and Script runner.

The applicable salary range for this position is $102,000 - $134,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.

This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
