The Flutter Global Mobility team supports all Flutter brands globally. Talent Mobility is a key strategic initiative for Flutter, and we are currently in an exciting phase of building and expanding our Global Mobility function.

This role is perfect for someone who loves to challenge the status quo in the Global Mobility space, thrives on daily challenges, and excels as both a team player and an independent thinker.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Overseeing (but not limited to) the Americas region and becoming the Flutter Global Mobility Subject Matter Expert for the Americas region.
  • End-to-end management of the relocation process for our global permanent transfer and assignee population, focusing primarily on the Americas Region, but due to our high growth, other regions may be supported as well. End-to-end management means:
    • Partnering with the business and being a trusted advisor.
    • Management of the whole relocation/assignment life-cycle.
    • Preparation and review of cost estimates, relocation/assignment documents, payroll, and other relevant tasks.
    • Conducting briefing calls with candidates on the relocation package and process.
    • Liaison with HR, Tax, Immigration, Payroll, Travel, and External partners to ensure each move is managed appropriately.
    • Check-in calls ensuring positive employee experience.
  • Supporting the development of more junior team members on the team.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with key external providers for relocation, tax, and immigration services, ensuring all service delivery is fit for purpose.
  • Primary contact for the relocation services vendor, including interpretation of relocation policies and review of any exception requests.
  • Provide advice and guidance to HR and the business on the appropriate relocation policy applicable for each move and any technical areas of consideration, including immigration and tax issues.
  • Ability to work independently in new countries which require full GM set up, ensuring all compliance, processes, and vendor presence are evaluated and documented to drive operational excellence.
  • Assist the Flutter Head of Global Mobility with identifying potential areas for process improvement and policy updates based on feedback from relocating employees and other internal stakeholders.
  • Assist the Flutter Head of Global Mobility with strategic initiatives and projects to drive continuous improvement of the Flutter GM function.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 3 to 5 years of prior experience working in Global Mobility/Immigration/Expatriate Tax, with a focus on the Americas region.
  • Good understanding of international personal/employment tax matters, particularly within the Americas region.
  • Experience working for a large global organization.
  • Ability to work at pace and independently in a high-growth environment on a global scale.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and remaining outcome-focused.
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and maintaining GM data accuracy.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Familiarity with immigration, employment laws and tax implications in the US, as well as other countries such as Canada and Brazil desirable.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple relocations simultaneously and other Global Mobility projects.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to effectively support employees relocating globally.
  • Personal experience with living in other countries is a plus
  • Interest in AI and automation.

The applicable salary range for this position is $103,000 - $129,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
