We're on the lookout for a dynamic Paid Search & Affiliates Manager to lead our Casino marketing team's Paid Search and Affiliate Marketing efforts. Ideal for someone with a deep interest in digital advertising technology and the high-growth casino gaming industry, this role is perfect if you're ready to take ownership of paid search campaigns and drive success in a vibrant team environment.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Own and lead the comprehensive strategy, execution, and optimization of Paid Search campaigns and affiliate marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with our overall marketing goals.
  • Provide strategic insights on the performance of both Paid Search and affiliate marketing campaigns, including analysis on key metrics, competitive landscape, and creative performance across daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
  • Work closely with Analytics, Media Ops, Integrated Campaign Marketing, Commercial, and Growth teams to craft and execute effective campaign strategies for both Paid Search and affiliate channels.
  • Guarantee the highest quality in campaign implementation and asset delivery. Coordinate with external partners, including affiliates and networks, to meet project deliverables and maximize the effectiveness of our affiliate program.
  • Leverage data and in-depth expertise to propose enhancements for channel performance, with a specific focus on optimizing affiliate partnerships and Paid Search tactics.
  • Manage budgets with precision across both Paid Search and affiliate marketing efforts, overseeing invoicing, reconciliations, and partner authorizations to ensure fiscal discipline.
  • Own the relationship with key partners, such as Google, Apple and key iGaming affiliates
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members, promoting growth within the team and overseeing the integration of affiliate marketing strategies into our broader marketing efforts.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 5+ years of experience in managing Paid Search channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads) with a proven track record of success, particularly in a leadership role.
  • Strong working knowledge of affiliate marketing is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with a strong academic record.
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing and media metrics (CPC, CPM, CPI, CPA, & LTV), with a keen understanding of their interplay and impact.
  • Comfortable managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast-paced landscape
  • Proven ability to navigate high-pressure environments while managing multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a comprehensive understanding of data analysis methods to inform decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Capable of building strong internal and external relationships, complemented by superior organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills are highly preferred, alongside meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in large corporate structures, working across multiple business units, will be looked upon favorably.

The applicable salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
