THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Senior Games Specialist that’s ready to help our rapidly growing business further solidify our position as the home of online casino by delivering exceptional games content. You will focus on the needs of the US customer, keeping their tastes and preferences front of mind to bring them the best content in the industry. You will work with our game suppliers to line up and release top quality games, own day to day game management for a casino jurisdiction and will keep a close ear to the ground to bring new opportunities to FanDuel.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.


THE GAME PLAN

  • Perform market and customer research to understand the right games and experiences to bring to our customers
  • Advise on our games content strategy that ensures we provide customers the best games content in the market
  • Oversee the content funnel for your jurisdiction(s) and subsequent game positioning on site across our Casino experiences
  • Collaborate with our game suppliers to line up quality exclusive games to continue differentiating from the market
  • Understand and act as the point of contact for any regulatory items pertaining to your jurisdiction(s)
  • Monitor game performance and ensure we optimize where possible
  • Closely follow competitors and market trends to ensure we remain ahead of the competition
  • Align with Marketing on key game launches, ensuring we’re known as being the home of the best games in the industry

 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce, content management or a similar role
  • Strong industry experience preferred, but not required, ideally with particular focus on slots, live casino, gaming content providers and iGaming generally
  • A skilled relationship builder, you’ll form strong, sustainable business relationships internally and externally
  • Must possess strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and act on key business drivers
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your goals and deliverables
  • Meticulous professional with exceptional attention to detail to produce thorough outputs
  • Strong project and operational processes management skills
  • Dynamic, agenda setting individual capable of working within a multi-location team and across various jurisdictions
  • An individual that is keen to learn more and take on challenges outside of their immediate remit

The applicable salary range for this position is $86,000 - $108,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
