This role requires a multi-disciplined Production Designer to join our Marketing Team to execute a range of graphic assets across many areas of the business. Your design work will be viewed by millions of sports fans across North America on items such as digital and print advertising, out of home, retail locations and more. Digital content includes CRM, banners and social media. Print includes billboards, bus wraps, station takeovers and in-casino collateral. The role will also help generate logos and brand guidelines.
You will also create assets for our major partners across NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL. You will work closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Project Managers, and other Designers in our New York office. This role will have the ability to assist in the translation of marketing assets across all our channels.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN

The Production Designer reports into the Production Senior Design Director within the Marketing team, working alongside other designers, copy writers, associate creative directors and creative operation managers.
You’ll be responsible for:
· Producing high quality, on-brand graphics for omnichannel advertising campaigns.
· Creating performance-based assets, including for social media, landing pages, banner ads, and emails.
· Scaling designs across campaign initiatives for internal and external use.
· Translating and delivering campaigns on time and to the correct technical specifications.
· Follow indesign style and brand guidelines.
· Contributing to an incredible design culture.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
1-4+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
· Bachelor's degree with a design focus or related field preferred.
· Well-rounded portfolio of real and conceptual work.
· A candidate as equally passionate about design as they are about sports.
· Someone who can work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail.
· A designer who can think on their feet, problem solve and make informed creative recommendations.
· A person that fully immerses themselves in the work rather than simply producing content per the ongoing requests.
· The ability to develop design concepts and solutions based on creative briefs.
· High attention to detail.
· Highly confident in using Adobe CS.
· Strong interest in sports design is a plus.

The applicable salary range for this position is $73,000 - $91,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
